From 580 & 238 Westbound -Take the E.14th Street Exit from 238 and cross E.14th Street, turn right on Rogiero, turn right on 171st Street, then, turn right on E. 14th Street. Central Blue Print is on your right.

From 880 & 238 Eastbound - Take the E.14th Street Exit from 238.  Turn left at the light, then left again at E. 14th Street.  Central Blue Print is on your right just after you pass under the freeway.
